FTC BIOBUZZ™ Kickoff

We hope all of our teams will join us for the morning outreach activities — it’s a fantastic chance to showcase your robots, share your passion, and help museum visitors discover what FIRST is all about. 

• Team Showcase -  Teams will host tables featuring their robots and presentation materials. Guests can explore the displays and engage with FTC team members as they explain their design approaches and engineering decisions. 
• Robot Design Challenge - Sketch a robot design that boosts the energy of our thriving planet and meets a design challenge.   Don't forget to name your robot and create a fun logo.   
• Build Like a FIRST Team - Work together to create a structure using the Rig‑A‑Ma‑Jig kit as you practice the FIRST Core Values of discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork, and fun
• FIRST LEGO League Demonstration - Learn about this season’s FLL BIOGLOW game and check out robot designs from previous FLL challenges.  
• Robot Paper Craft - Create your own paper robot to take home. 
• Robot Story Time - Share an exciting robot adventure with a curious audience of young explorers. 
• 3D Printing in Action - See how FIRST Teams use 3D-printed parts in their robots and take a turn driving mini-robots around a closed course and get a sense of what it takes to be a part of a FIRST Tech Challenge driving team.
